This is not the experience we want for our customers, and it sounds like something went wrong with your booking. If you haven't already, please reach out to our Support team via the app Help section, from your ‘Account’ menu. Briefly describe to the AI bot how you were charged for a service that was not completed, to request a refund. You should be prompted to provide information on the service and scheduling issue, for Support to review and follow-up with you by email. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re here to ensure your concerns are resolved.

At Wag!, your safety is a top priority, and we’re glad to know how valuable meet and greets are for you as a Caregiver in establishing trust and comfort with clients. While meet and greets are ideal for building rapport and trust with new clients, we also understand they aren't always feasible for on-demand or same-day services. Therefore, meet and greets are currently only available for Pet Parents to add to Sitting and Boarding services for an additional fee, compensating Caregivers for their time. In cases where a meet and greet isn't feasible, we recommend including an opt-in note when you request the service and reaching out to the Pet Parent via in-app messaging for a brief interview to ensure it’s a good fit. Your insights help us continuously improve the platform, and we’re always here to support you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out!
