Great service, so glad I found it for this summer and really love that I can see where the walker is taking my dog in real time. Highly recommended.

Erica was amazing and took excellent care of Maggie. She made sure to take time with us to make sure we were comfortable leaving our puppy with her and stayed in contact the entire time we were gone so that we could relax and enjoy our vacation. It was so nice knowing she was in a family environment stead of a kennel the whole time.

I used them twice. It has been a life saver. Even with last minute request, they always seem to find me someone. Their walkers have been very nice and respectful of the home.

I needed a dog walker for an unexpected trip and I needed him next day. But I also needed him to come and pickup the keys the same day. Joshua was very accommodating he came by the same day, met my dog Pickles and I took Joshua on the walking route I take. I was very impressed by Joshua and Wags. I will definitely use them again.

I never signed up for premium account and yet i was charged. Didn't even have the app on my phone. I also was told I signed up for some form of vet mtg? that I too did not sign up for but was charged for. I'm told premium account is not refundable even though it's a fraudulent charge. I was told "we understand you didn't sign up for it but it's not refundable" ..... if they believe me that I did not do it then why is it non refundable. Sounds like a huge scam to me. I have reported this as fraud to my credit card company. I will no longer use Wag.
