Too pricey n takes too long theyre customer service is almost non existant but the dog walkers are amazing and should really deserve better than how wag does them

Wag placed a dog in my house for boarding That dog viciously attacked and mauled my dog who then died. Thry did nothing not even compensating us for th cremation and vet costs!

My first time using Wag, I booked a walk for 11am. The walker was late because she was on Eastern time - 11am EST. I was told by support that I may want to make sure the time zones are correct. THAT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. Today (8/17), after trying to confirm an 11am walk time with my walker, she cancelled literally at 11am. I am currently trying to find someone to walk my dog, and unfortunately, this is because I am 0/2 with the Wag service. I know this isn't the fault of the person reading this, but it defeats the purpose of using Wag if I have to take time out of work to find a walker. I've only been charged for one completed (late) walk and fees for cancelling the service HOURS in advance. I don't seem to be recouping any money when someone that's signed up on your site cancels literally the minute I need them to walk my dog. Hope someone can contact me to resolve this ASAP. 847-400-7012.

Amazing service and care

My dog is family, and when the assigned individual is a no show, that’s detrimental to my dog’s wellbeing. The customer service person met my needs. However, I received a phone call and was unable to join back into to chat. I pressed the “return to chat” but it did not work. You need to revisit the UI to make it easier for your clients. I consider this situation as Strike 1.
