Sean was a great walker
My pup Solana was so thrilled with her afternoon walk with Sean! He was on time and took her for a full hour walk. She even got to stop for a biscuit from her bestie down the street! Sean sent updated photos and videos during her walk. It was a hot day, so I appreciated that he walked at her pace. Thank you so much!

Easy to book. Great walk!
This is the second time Josh has walk our dog. He did a great job and Wag makes organizing a walk super easy.

Could do Better
We scheduled three walks over a weekend. Two of the three walks were great. The third walk was cancelled without warning or replacement. We would have appreciated notification ahead of the cancellation so we could have made alternative plans.
Response from Wag!Aug 25, 2021
Hi Stephanie, thank you for leaving a review. We're glad to hear that you were delighted with your two Pet Caregivers. We're sorry to hear about the negative experience with the 3rd. Pet Caregivers are held accountable for their reliability and may submit a cover in the event of an emergency. We appreciate your valuable feedback and will ensure that it is passed along to the appropriate teams.

Cancelled Sitter
Paid for an overnight sitter to feed, walk, and water my dog while I was away. Sitter canceled last minute, replacement canceled due to a flat, and the response from the company is "it happens." Do not use this service!
Response from Wag!Aug 24, 2021

The dog walker was really great and…
The dog walker was really great and both my dog and I were so happy with her. There was a promo code/app issue with the company and that was awful trying to sort out. Customer service has been very poor overall, and this issue was the last straw. I will never use this service again.
Response from Wag!Aug 23, 2021
Hi, thank you for leaving a review. We're thrilled to hear that you and your dogs were delighted with your Pet Caregiver! We're so sorry to hear that your experience redeeming a promo code was less than stellar. We would love to hear any feedback to help us improve your experience at [email protected]
