FIVE STARS! My mother has custody of our dog and and I go over for visitation 4-5 times a week. She broke her ankle and I was unable to cover all the walking shifts! Thank goodness for WAG!!! Victoria is the best help I could have asked for. My pup is a bit shy and skittish around new folks and she has worked with him 3 times. Today my mother informed me that the pup did zoomies and his booty wag, both signals of excitement) when Victoria came to the door! Thanks WAG and thanks Victoria!

I just started using Wag for dog walks and I’m very pleased with the service except for one technical glitch. My dog has more energy than I can cope with for a while due to a health limitation. She comes home after 30-minute walks “smiling” and pleasantly tired. Her first walker had her moving at a good clip but her next wasn’t far behind that pace. I suggested Wag to a neighbor and she’s also happy but we both have had issues with the Wag app freezing repeatedly. I retired from the IT world. I just installed the latest version of the Wag app on my iPhone 12 Pro this past week. I update both my operating systems and my software as soon as new updates are released. The problem is not on my end. If this issue isn’t fixed soon, it’s a deal-breaker for me.

Alexis has given very personalized service to my dog. She did a meet and Greet so that my dog could get to know her, and knew just what to do to get my dog to trust her.
