Our last walk we scheduled for our wedding day to give our dog an outing throughout the day. I noted that my dog has had surgery on his hip (months ago) and just a slower walker that can't go too far. I scheduled a 30 minute walk and the walker only went .39 miles and didn't start the time. She noted that he started pulling at 10 minutes and turned back. I have walked enough times with Finley to know that he's perfectly capable of a 30 minute walk and walks much further than .39 miles in that time. That's not even around our block. I'm very disappointed that we had to pay full prices for a service where we feel we were shorted. We have had this with our past couple walks and had a walker even stay in our house to play without walking Finley outside. We are done using Wag from now on.

I have used this service several times over the last few years and it’s been decent. The cancellation policy could be better. However, my last walker ended the service early and has left my dog unattended for over 12hours!!! I tried to trust this service and now I feel scared and helpless that my dog does not have the proper care. I am out of town and noticed right before my flight back so there’s no way to get her a new Walker. Pretty sure this will be my last time using the service.

I left this weekend for a get away with my husband. We confirmed a pet sitter through Wag a week prior. While we were on our drive out of town, the “care giver” canceled and no one replaced her. My dogs could have potentially been left alone for two and a half days. I was luckily able to find someone to watch my pets, but this company does not seem to understand the seriousness and gravity of the situation. They put the health and safety of my dogs at risk. I have had no problems when I used Wag to walk my dogs, but the fact that they potentially put my dogs in harm’s way is unforgivable. I will not be using them in the future.

The app is easy to use. It is new and improved since I first started using it. really like how well it is maintained and the way that you can select your own "walkers" now. My Lexie loves her walks and I trust the service provided.

My walker was great this week. However, I find your website / app to be NOT user friendly or intuitive.

Wag walking and walkers are great! I love getting videos and trip reports from them. However I have had trouble with the messaging on the app-having to restart my phone several times to get messages through while the walkers were waiting.

Had a great experience with our dog sitter. We had a sitter stay in our house with our 2 dogs. Really made for a stress free experience for the dogs.
