I absolutely love Volkswagen products I tend to stay on the Audi side of things. My mom has had three different Volkswagen SUVs and the last of which saved her life in a T-bone car accident. They’re solid built vehicles they’re reliable, and the customer service is excellent.

Volkswagen Kirkcaldy Had a problem with removing the headrest from the front passenger seat. Went to the dealer to ask how to do it. When I walked in there was a rep on the right hand side and he immediately greeted me and asked if I was ok. I told him what my problem is and, without hesitation, he stood up and said he'd do it for me. Dan removed the headrest for me with a smile (surprisingly, not as easy as it used to be, with the new cars). Dan, you're a legend! Thank you for your help!!

VWorfor

I have just bought a VW Golf from the VW garage in Stoke. Meg was absolutely brilliant and supportive joined by Chris. I will certainly be recommending them to my friends. I don’t write many reviews but their service and professionalism warrants it.
