We purchased the all-new Audi 2025 Q5, which was plagued with electronics issues when the redesigned MMI was rushed out the door last year because of concerns about tariff pricing. The car malfunctioned first at 100 miles; the air conditioning stopped working and the dash lit up with almost 30 warning errors. Our dealer told us to hold onto it until a fix was available 3 months later. It didn’t work, and over the course of the next twelve months the car was in service 5 times trying to resolve the problems. Along the way, we attempted twice to get the car bought back with no luck, even though we were confident that our request was in line with NYS buyback requirements. The worst part was that they refused to explain to us why they declined the buybacks and never even acknowledged or apologized for the massive headache the car became. We then attempted a trade-in, and the dealer offered a $40k trade-in on a $65k car with 2,000 miles. And then they charged us $250 for an oil change after everything we’d been through. This company cares ONLY about its profits. Most owners of this model year had similar experiences and this isn’t the first time the company has shirked responsibility for a widespread manufacturing defect. Remember that this is the company that brought you “Dieselgate” in 2015, which involved the company deploying illegal software in their diesel models that misrepresented emissions levels. They ultimately paid $14.7 billion in penalties and saw several of their executives criminally convicted for the fraud. You would think they would have learned a lesson there.

I just finished my 3 yr lease with Audi…
I just finished my 3 yr lease with Audi in Warrington Pa and I had an A6 awesome car.
I had Evan as my adviser who absolutely went above and beyond even when I was returning my lease. My lease was over and the process could not have been any easier.
GM Steve from sales dept I met at the beginning and he was great throughout my lease process assisting and following up to ensure I was happy. Steve is by far one of the best GM’s I ever met he genuinely was concern about my experience and was always there for support
Best buying experience and best customer service and support team. ABSOLUTELY 100% recommendations to buying or leasing a top performing fine tune machine. Thanks guys for all your support.

Decided to lease a 2025 Q6 Etron
Decided to lease a 2025 Q6 Etron . Great ev with decent range. Yet numerous trips to the dealer for charging malfunctions then the final cell failure left me stranded and my car in the dealership for over a month. This is the 4-5 time it’s been in an out the dealership I. This first year. Then I’m loaned a gas vehicle the exact reason o purchase a ev was to avoid gas cost and the environmental hazards. So I finally give up and realize this is a lemon. Though all my financial info and repairs were done at Audi. They send me on a ride to locate records of repairs then financial payments then vehicle info all while they have this info. I submit consumer complaint to be met with an offer to just ignore the issues and keep the car? With an agreement to not bring any claims. But that’s just it I’m stuck with a car that may need more repairs . Next they say he we will let you pay off a discounted amount and turn the vehicle in?? WHAT your gonna charge me thousands of dollars to give up a vehicle due to you equipment failing ? Where is the customer service in that. I’ve made over$20k in payments over $10k down and all those other add on services and you want me to pay to give the car back ??? A total failure on the customer service side for buying a lemon. This is my 4th Audi and this EV experience has been a total trainwreck as they are unable to understand their responsibilities as a manufacturer . Nice car clean dealerships but other horrible communication and bad business as this saga continues !!

My Audi Q5 has been at the New Orleans…
My Audi Q5 has been at the New Orleans dealership since May 19 for repair on the hybrid mechanism, and this is the second time it’s needed fixing. I’m still waiting, and on September 11 the dealership manager told me that if I am not returned the loaner vehicle, they would call the police and file a complaint. The manager then gave me a Toyota Corolla for a two-week rental, after which he said he would not be responsible. I called Audi customer service, and they said there’s nothing they can do about the loaner car, rental car, or parts since the parts are on backorder and they’re not sure when they’ll arrive. As a customer, I now have to pay for a rental vehicle until my car is fixed, even though it’s Audi’s fault for not getting the parts. I asked for compensation for the rental car, but customer service said they couldn’t do anything. I need a solution ASAP; otherwise, I’ll have to get a lawyer and start a lawsuit against Audi.

We have an Audi Q7
We have an Audi Q7, I’m leaving a review because it’s not so much the vehicle it’s the manufacturers customer service that needs improvement. We have been waiting an extremely long time on replacement parts that were paid for up front. You can’t get through to upper management even though we’ve made multiple requests, mailed letters and have spoken to various individuals at all other levels. Personally I cringe every-time I see their logo, simply because of their service. I would not recommend purchasing an Audi. We have had a horrible experience and are currently waiting on a part so we can trade it. When we got the vehicle we were told how great everything was and would be with parts etc. please do your research! We can’t wait to unload the vehicle, and yes it’s a brand new one! We get the run around with no straight answers, no explanations, and no end in sight. If you are fortunate to have them answer the phone, expect them to read a script to you and get transferred for no one to answer the phone. This company needs some serious improvement!

UPDATE 9/16/26
UPDATE 9/16/26: Following Audi Nashville’s response to my original review asking me to contact them so they could “revisit this situation,” I returned and spoke with the service manager today.
I explained that my concern was never simply that the tires were wearing quickly—it was the uneven wear, particularly on the outside edges, and that I had never received a clear explanation for why it was occurring.
I was told today that because of the weight of the Q6 e-tron and the vehicle’s factory suspension/camber setup, this type of wear is considered normal. I was also told that it is not uncommon for these vehicles to need tires around 9,000–10,000 miles.
Today’s Audi inspection was performed at 10,394 miles. The report documented the front tires at approximately 6/32” and both rear tires at approximately 4/32”, while listing all four tires as having “NO DAMAGE.” The inspection also showed the suspension and steering components as passing.
I appreciate the service manager taking the time to speak with me, but I am honestly left wondering why Audi Nashville publicly asked me to come back so they could revisit the situation when nothing changed and no resolution was offered. I returned because their response gave me the impression that they wanted another opportunity to address my concern. Instead, I essentially received the same explanation—that this is normal for the vehicle.
I understand that a heavy EV can wear tires faster. My concern remains the significant and uneven outside-edge wear this early in ownership. If Audi considers this wear pattern normal and considers needing tires around 9,000–10,000 miles not uncommon for the Q6 e-tron, I believe prospective buyers should be made aware of that when considering the vehicle and its ongoing ownership costs.
Unfortunately, after returning specifically because of the dealership’s response to my review, my original concern remains unresolved. I appreciate the conversation, but I don’t feel the return visit accomplished what their public response suggested it would.
Posted 7/21/26. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Audi Nashville Service Center. I brought my 2025 Audi Q6 e-tron in because all four original Bridgestone tires showed excessive wear at just over 9,600 miles. This is highly unusual for a nearly new vehicle and deserved a thorough investigation.
After checking the alignment, I was told the left front toe was only slightly out of specification and that it would not cause abnormal tire wear. If that is true, then I was never given a clear explanation for why all four tires wore out so prematurely. The service manager informed me that he contacted the local Audi Area After Sales Manager to request goodwill assistance, but the request was declined. I left without a clear diagnosis, without goodwill assistance, and still without an explanation for the premature tire wear.
It also would have been helpful to understand the expected life of the factory-installed tires when I purchased the vehicle. Had I known they might require replacement this early, I would have had different expectations as an owner. Having a full set of tires worn out at just over 9,600 miles on a premium vehicle was both unexpected and disappointing.
While the staff was courteous, I was disappointed by the lack of a thorough investigation, transparent communication, and a satisfactory resolution. I expected Audi to stand behind a premium vehicle and work to identify the root cause of such an unusual issue.
Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in both Audi Nashville Service Center and the Audi brand. I hope Audi improves how it handles situations like this by providing customers with thorough investigations, clear explanations, and fair consideration when unexpected problems arise.

We apologize that your visit didn't result in the clarity or resolution you were looking for, Javier. Premature tire wear on a nearly new vehicle is a legitimate concern, and we understand your frustration with how this was handled. Please give us a call so we can connect you with the right person to revisit this situation.

Don't Buy Audi
Well, my situation just got a lot worse. I picked up my car on Friday the 11th and paid $2,314.95 dollars for a new fuel injector, 4 new spark plugs, labor, and parts. They also did a "complimentary" oil change, but I know there was pink residue (coolant) in the oil reservoir as I saw it with my own eyes. I also noticed 4 spark plugs had liquid residue coming from them before I took it in. I picked up the car towards the end of business hours. Driving home, I noticed my air conditioning was only blowing hot air. When I got home, I also noticed the hole in my bumper where my tow cap should be. I took the car back at 8am this Saturday morning thinking they would have the tow cap and just have to reconnect the compressor harness or a vacuum hose forgotten after installing the new fuel injection. They told me to call the tow company myself and now want more money for a new AC compressor that wasn't a problem when I went in. THIS is the EXACT type of business I would expect from the horrible company Eurohaus! They wanted to nickel and dime me too as every problem fixed just turned into a new problem. I'm beginning to think it IS Audi and not just my one time experience with Eurohaus. I explained the situation to a service technician at Audi of Greensboro, NC and there was nothing but the compressor was not part of the problem. I just didn't understand how I can bring my vehicle in with zero air conditioning issues and walk out with no air conditioning at all and it's my fault. The AC didn't work when I left so wouldn't the compressor have gone bad during the 3 days they had the car? Why was the compressor not checked on the final look over? Why was I not informed the air conditioning didn't work while going over my itemized bill? Does Audi not check everything or even simple things like working AC during one of the hottest years when the work is finished? Now, my AC doesn't work and I have a hole in my bumper which just took my trade-in/resale value down over $1,000 dollars. At this point...Audi, Eurohaus, and Service Center @ Audi of Greensboro have ruined my love for performance cars. Please congratulate Audi and the service center as they have officially broken me. I'm out of money, patience, time, and the love for cars.

I am extremely disappointed with Audi’s…
I am extremely disappointed with Audi’s response and their apparent lack of consideration for the documented history of an issue we had with our car. The failure involved a spring that I understand was a known issue associated with Audi vehicles, yet the Q3 was not included in the recalls addressing this problem.
This was not simply a minor mechanical failure. When the spring broke, it caused significant damage to the engine and rendered the vehicle completely inoperable, requiring it to be towed and the engine to be disassembled. More importantly, a failure of this nature could have created a serious safety hazard had it occurred while the vehicle was being driven at highway speeds.
Given Audi’s knowledge of the issue and the documentation surrounding it, I find their unwillingness to take greater responsibility for the failure unacceptable. As a customer, I expected Audi to stand behind its product when faced with a known defect that can result in both substantial financial damage and a potential safety concern.
I am very dissatisfied with how Audi has handled this matter and believe other consumers should be aware of my experience when considering the purchase of an Audi vehicle.
