Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration and disruption this caused, especially with an urgent project deadline. Certain GPU products require a minimum account balance before deployment, but we understand your concern that this requirement was not made sufficiently clear during the deployment process. The behavior you described – seeing the deployment process begin without a clear explanation of why it could not complete – is not the experience we want users to have, and we appreciate you sharing this feedback. We also understand how important transparency and reliability are when working against deadlines. Your comments regarding clearer upfront communication on GPU eligibility and funding requirements will be shared with our team as we continue to improve the platform experience. Regarding your refund request, please continue working through your existing support ticket or contact [email protected] with your account details so the team can review the matter and assist further.
