Well I will have to say this is by far the best customer service of any company I've dealt with in my life, I bought a couple blowers and gave one to a neighbor, my DeWalt battery was the old type had a prong that went up into the drill so I had to buy a battery, Amazon had a deal 2 batteries and charger for 169 well I charged both batteries and couldn't wait to us my blower, it worked a few seconds and started beeping, both batteries so I'm thinking my blower is faulty, emailed vortex and Diane and Arthur responded and wanted a video, sent them a video and Arthur sent me another blower, it did the same thing I'm thinking this is crazy, new batteries and another blower so I'm thinking what's going on, went down to my neighbor's and tried his battery, both blowers worked fine, so now what's the problem, it was the charger, it would light up showing batteries charged but it wasn't charging at all, got a new charger and it's great, Diane and Arthur bent over backwards for me, above and beyond, very good company, very good people , I wanted to send one of the blowers back but Arthur said no keep it on us for your aggravation and it wasn't even there fault, amazing blower, amazing company, amazing people!

My new V3 Mach was delivered today. First impressions. Wow. Just wow! I tested the blower under a cupboard. The phrase “Blow away the cobwebs” does not even begin to describe the power (cobwebs flying through the air even after hovering). Everything in its path moves out of the way! Definitely worth the price. I will be putting the blower to work properly next week on-site, blowing out dust from networking equipment.

I love the product. The order was shipped as stated. It arrived in perfect shape. No problems at all.

This is a great product! It is lightweight and powerful. I have bought three of these and have one in my boat, one in my shop and one in my Underdeck screened porch. I always get my sons and son in laws my favorite cool tools of the year I find and this is the winner for 2026!!

Ordered 1 or the blowers. Tried to cancel the order the following morning and was told it was already too late. Waited forever for it to arrive so I could set up a return. They offered me a $50 refund if I kept the item. I refused. They sent a return link to choose my method of shipping it back. Each option showed a 0.00 cost. They charged me $9+ to return it. They should display the return cost to make an informed decision.

This is my second vortex I have purchased, for using the Dewalt batteries. I use the blower to blow snow from vehicles in the winter, and blow leaves from our deck, back patio, a d garage. It saves me a lot of time to use the vortex instead of trying to get the normal blower and large battery together. The vortex is really strong!

I love my new cordless VortexHaus Blower! It works hard and is easy to handle and clears debris away in seconds! I use it everyday to clean up my porch and patio. Highly recommend!

Company doesn’t back there products. 2 weeks ago I bought 2 of there units. Since then both of them destroyed 2 brand new Milwaukee Forge 8.0 batteries that are $300 each. They since then came out with a new version of there blower. They say sorry this happened and then offer to send me 1 of there new and improved unit. Seriously. I bought 2 and both are junk. Trying to give me 1 and have me buy another one. This is deceptive practice. And will be treated that way. This will be one of my many reviews left across all different sites as well as consumer reports and forwarding their emails to the Attorney General. Since they did not stand behind in their products, they sold me.
