After waiting 2 weeks to receive from China the product was disappointing. It takes 4 batteries to blow off a pickup and still had water on it. Another expensive gimmick....

You're here to see if this is real. Fair. Here's the scoreboard: 37,236 units shipped, 4.8★ on Trustpilot, and most of these reviews are from people who were skeptical first too. What makes us different: small tool, serious power, runs on the Makita, Milwaukee, and DeWalt batteries you already own. We're a US & UK based team that obsesses over quality — every unit is vetted and QC'd before it ships. Backed by a 90-Day One-Pull Test Drive and a support team (Diane, Marielle, Kerbie) that actually fixes things fast. Read a few reviews below and you'll see the pattern.
VortexHaus US (vortexhaus.com) has 488 customer reviews on Five Star Index, with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.

Easy experience. Product works, just feels cheap for what price is, and has plastic blades. Almost like it was 3D printed in garage.

Russell, thank you for being direct about this. I’m glad the blower works, but if the build feels cheaper than you expected at the price point, that’s on us to close the gap between feel and performance. The blades and housing are intentionally lightweight so it stays easy to handle, but that can’t come at the cost of perceived quality. If you’re open to it, email [email protected] with “Trustpilot – Russell build feel” in the subject – I’d like the team to review your unit and either get you a better one or make things right another way. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus (we read every review and fix what we miss)

Powerful however eats up the battery, very expensive when the real money is actually the battery, minimum >5a/h (ideally more) for 15-20mins use. Also remember your car really needs a coating for any air dryer to work.. save the cash and buy a high quality drying towel and use this for the smaller crevasses

Hey Andrew, Thanks for the honest feedback. You're right, it's a powerful tool and it does need solid batteries. Based on our tests, the runtime is actually on par with DeWalt/Makita/Milwaukee tools! We’ve already beat them on power and flexibility, now we’re working to outperform them on efficiency (runtime) too. Towels work to a point, but you lose the contactless part. Even the softest ones can leave light marks, especially on darker paint. The Turbo Jet Double-Blow is great for small crevices, grills, and areas towels can’t reach. Really appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Helps us improve. Have a good rest of your day, Arthur

It does not dry the car. Miss represented !! You would be out there all day if you tried. A drying cloth is quicker and more effective.

Hey Jeremy, Sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. On uncoated cars, air drying can take longer, and we get that. Many of our customers pair it with a ceramic or hydrophobic coating for best results. Appreciate you giving it a shot! Let us know if we can help in any way. Have a good rest of your day, Arthur
