I bought a Vortex Haus blower this spring and unfortunately it stopped working. I contacted customer service and Marielle was quick and helpful replacing my blower. I had the new one in a few days. Thanks!

Their website was easy to navigate and use. The product description was easy to understand and had a lot of information. The ordering and shipping was smooth. The product itself is outstanding. I ordered 3 of the DeWalt compatible models and they worked better than expected and consistent with video reviews I watched. We have an air duct cleaning business and I plan to order more for each of our work trucks.

My husband bought this after seeing the ads. We've used it less than 10 times to blow leaves out of short driveway. Today, the sound changed and then it blew up in my son's hand with sparks and smell. A round piece my husband said was called a housing flew out like a bullet. It did everything that the ads said it would not. That was a very expensive mistake. He bought it with battery and charging unit. I'm so disappointed. It was really fun to use until this happened. The nonstop ads for 43% off adds salt to the wound. *** We sent in photos as instructed with details on August 9th. We have not received a reply.

Jane, reading this made my stomach drop. A tool “blowing up” with sparks and a housing piece flying like a bullet is absolutely not acceptable and is treated as a serious safety incident on our side, not just “a bad unit.” First, I’m relieved your son is okay. Second, we need to get that blower out of circulation, replace it, and have our engineers tear it down so we can see exactly what failed. Please email [email protected] with the subject “Trustpilot – Jane safety issue” so we can: (1) arrange a replacement at our cost, (2) cover return/shipping on the failed unit, and (3) keep you updated on what we find. I had one of the best experiences with Juliana at Vortex Haus with getting a faulty blower taken care of I couldn’t have asked for a for a quicker response from explaining the issue to them solving the problem. I work in the construction world so I know how communication and customer service has to be and the better you do to take care of people and stand by your word and products the more they will return to get more of what you have to offer so in saying all that I will recommend them to everyone I can and I’m also extremely happy with the blowers I bought those little guys are beasts lol
