Love the product and have purchased a few for friends. I did not however like that my discount would not work. Was going to buy a backup for myself. I supposedly had a $60 gift card, nope. Kind of a let down. Would love a second unit…….someday

Brad, thank you for buying multiple units and wanting a backup for yourself – that means a lot. You’re also right to be frustrated if you were promised a $60 gift card and then couldn’t actually use it at checkout; that feels like we dangled something and didn’t deliver. That’s on us. We’ll get this fixed so you’re not “maybe someday” on the second unit.
