Bought a gift card for my wife. They charged her for my gift. The records were terrible. It's garbage.

My email to them after not receiving my order 3 months after payment and almost no customer service. "Hi there, I do not see an option to choose any hashtags or vibes. It could be because my account is cancelled. I cancelled it after not receiving my order a month after. The vinyls are not sent, a payment has been made and you are not giving me good customer service. Either send the product I paid for or refund my money. I DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER OPTION DO I? THANKS A" EDIT: wow these guys are proper thieves, lucky I only got charged for one month's subscription. Something should be done?

My experience with this company has been the same as everyone else. Although mine varies slightly. I was able to stop the charges for a month. I had my bank send me a different card. I'm like "alright cool, cant charge me if they don't have my new card info." Was totally willing to look past the 3 charges I received before getting my first record. Then they charged me again. I was in shock. I never gave them my new card information. They just charged it. Again, not sure how they got my new info but they did. Stay away from this company. They're a bunch of liars and thieves.

Vnyl is a horrible service. First, they give no directions on how to use their website. Second, my orders took three months to arrive. Third, they did not take any of my recommendations that I filled out. This was supposed to be a father's day surprise that turned into a disaster. Thank upi for wating my time and money. I wish I could give this company zero stars.

BEFORE YOU ORDER! Please note that this service isn't intended to send you records of artists you actually like. I received a 3 month subscription as a gift and I feel bad now that it won't be as enjoyed as it could be. My problem is that I see other customers receive exact matches to their taste and records they'd actually want, so I expected that, but apparently they are "music discovery service" (per customer service). I'm unsure of this, but my theory is that most records customers would like to receive (those of artists they really enjoy) would be too expensive to include in so many subscription boxes, so they opt for cheaper, unknown albums under the guise of "discovery" rather than curation. That probably explains why some customers receive albums they want and some not; it's too expensive for the overall value of the box itself.

TERRIBLE Company. I've been charged 4 times and only received one record. I called and emailed and there is no answer or response. DO NOT sign up with this company. Total scam

Honestly, they don’t even deserve the 1 Star I had to give them. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Calling them out on social media is the only way to get them to respond to you, but sadly they will just feed you more lies and bs. They generate tracking numbers, but never actually ship anything. Stay far far away from the scam company.

They are a scam! I ordered the 1 month gift card a couple months ago and still never received a package. I contacted them and they said that it would shortly be shipped. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing.
