VNYLReviews of vnyl.org

These reviews are missing the point, i LOVED the service, it feels very hand-crafted, and i loved the little handwritten letter I got with it! So cute! I enjoyed about 95% of the albums i received and I really loved how all of the albums i got were colored vinyl. Yes, it was a little slow but I am patient and enjoyed getting them scattered throughout my year. (also it wasn't THAT slow, maybe like 1 & a 1/2 ish months per 3 albums) Some people are so negative with these harsh reviews! love what you guys do at this company, keep up the good work!

Amazing service and awesome company. I was a bit wary at first whether or not I would be able to get the right collection sent over but the 'vibe' was right (at least for my first month). Looking forward to the next batch as well!

My best friend gave me a vinyl subscription to myvinyl for Christmas. Its a fun surprise to see what they send you and it comes with a handwritten note about why they chose those records. I had a little bit of trouble with one of my orders, so I called them, it took a few tries to get a hold of someone but when I did they were very nice and helpful! Give them a try!

I've used VNYL for years and I love the service. It's been fantastic :)

I receive my records are not consistent on time however i have been happy with all of my records. i called them and they called me back regarding a question i had on my account. ill keep my membership until i get a bad record. until then ill just be happy with my records i get monthly.

Elizabeth did such a great job at curating the perfect trio of albums for me. I was pleasantly surprised at how well matched these albums were to what I already listened to, and yet they were still fresh and a bit different. Great job!! I’ll definitely be continuing my subscription <3

I have never had such a pleasant experience with any customer service team as I did with Vnyl. I reached out on Instagram to ask about an accidental upgrade I made, and they not only refunded the big payment I accidentally made, but gave me a discount on the monthly plan to which i was trying to subscribe. this is a great company. If you’re having doubts, just do it! You won’t regret it.
