Per eBay.com, once an order has been marked as delivered we are unable to make any further changes to the order aside from a return for a refund. Hello Faith, I am so sorry that your experience with us has been less than perfect. We are out of stock of the spa you ordered for the time being and unable to offer a replacement, for this refund you were directed to contact the manufacturer directly. At this time you should have received a full refund per the instructions for a cut-out return. I was able to locate the pool, and it appears we were able to assist you with a partial refund for the missing parts. While we may have similar sets available, we did not have spare parts available and ready to be shipped.
