Not gonna lie I was nervous ordering from this site. But they had smoking deal on duck hunting decoys I couldn’t pass up. So I pulled the trigger on 2 1/2 dozen. They came quick and no damage. There was one little hiccup and they forgot to ship six of the 2.5 dozen, but after a quick phone call and explaining the issue, they immediately fixed it with no hesitation. I now have my decoys and I saved myself almost $400 ordering here!!

I ordered a Lafuma zero gravity chair through AMAZON; I received a Lumex walker from this horrible company Spreetail Lafuma zero gravity chair: $387.45 Lumex Walker: $214.99 Their resolution was that I should keep the walker and they will refund me $67.39. When I said no, I don't even need a walker, they made it very difficult for me to return. Reading these reviews, I'm afraid that they will not even fully refund me but will claim that either (a) I'm sending the wrong item or (b) I've somehow opened and damaged the walker or (c) that it's simply their policy not to refund in full. Edit: they came back with a full refund, so I'm going assume it was just an honest mistake :)

Edit (12/2/2024): Received an e-mail following up with the situation, expecting that I'd finally just have to return the charger, to my delight, they notified me that they've just gone ahead and refunded the entire purchase. Thank you, Spreetail! Original Review (11/12/2024): We purchased a Chargepoint EV charger from their Amazon page a mere few months ago, they're incredibly expensive to install, and unfortunately, my dad, who this charger was intended for, suffered a heart attack soon after. We've not had this installed, nor has it been taken out of the box, seller is outright refusing to work with us on a return, even as a courtesy. Very egregious seller, take your business elsewhere.

I had ordered a Clam screen shelter through Wayfair. An incorrect item was sent to me. Wayfair was willing to have me return the incorrect item. However, after multiple times of reordering, the wrong product continued to arrive. I tried to explain what the problem was but Wayfair was unable/unwilling to solve the problem. I was eventually connected with a Customer Experience Manager at Spreetail as they were the supplier of the item. He took the time to investigate exactly what was going wrong with the order (an item had been incorrectly advertized) and work diligently and swiftly to right the wrong. He also followed up to ensure that I was satisfied. I have seen poor reviews of Spreetail. I can honestly say they provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to order a product in future that was supplied through Spreetail.

Ive ordered from this company a couple or 3 times from ebay. So far all my expectations was met. I'm very happy with their sales and service, Shipping was fast. No complaints !!!

Customer Experience Team' Absolutely fantastic. I recently bought a new fridge from amazon but on delivery it was badly damaged. Spreetail gave me a full refund and told me to discard the fridge. 10 out of 10 .

I rarely review products that were not acquired through vine purchases. I'm choosing to review this one because after I purchased this speaker, I researched the seller and viewed many negative reviews on their website. Upon reading some of those reviews, naturally I expected the worst upcoming experience in product purchasing. I happy to report that those expectations were not met and everything went smoothly from purchase to usage. (Although the next paragraph contains comments that/if they were negative, they could not be blamed on the seller/shipper of said product, unless they actually manufactured the product.) The sound quality of this speaker is excellent, and the bass is much deeper than the speaker (12" woofer) it has replaced. The quality of sound you get from this speaker is at a great price that's hard to be beat. The installation was very easy for me. Since I was replacing with the exact same size, removal of the old unit's mounting screws and connection wires was all that was needed. Replacement (new set) of the mounting screws was needed because the newer unit's mounting surface was 1/4 inch thicker but everything else fit right into place. Total removal and replacement time was less than 10 minutes. I give this speaker and seller 5+ stars. The speaker is great quality for a decent price. The seller gave an estimated delivery dates and it arrived in a timely manner. Both of those points exceeded my expectations and deserve a positive review from a customer that highlights their excellent work.

The best after sale service I have ever received. They were professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
