My experience was very dishonest and unethical. When purchasing their funsicle 15’ pool on eBay, my order was intercepted by a third party individual. Their tracking number determined the third party defrauded my eBay account and placed another order thru Amazon for a 12’ pool instead. Which I received within a few days. When notifying Spreetail of the wrong pool receipt and criminal inception from their third party client (Alan Quido), they refused to cooperate or investigate the transaction. Having no where else to turn in any case, I am left with the wrong pool that cost me twice what he charge. $170 was stolen from my card which no tracking method possible to recover. Before any third party shipping information is placed on the orders, Spreetail should confirm the orders for discrepancies and client information to protect their products and the confirmation for any original orders. Very disturbing situation for me and resolutions for their clients who interfere in an order process.

I recently bought headphones from them through target. When I opened the package it wasn’t headphones, it was a baby car seat cover. It was a huge headache for me to get a refund and they made me wait over 2 weeks to issue my refund. So I thought I was just buying headphones from target, but actually I was buying an extra trip to ups to mail back the car seat cover and then someone else got to hold my money hostage while I waited for them to ‘process’ the return. So just know if you use this company, you will be punished for any mistakes they make. I finally received my refund over 2 weeks after the day I was supposed to receive headphones. *edit - I did contact your customer service through email because even when you received the item back I still was waiting on a refund.The email said they would issue a refund in 3-5 business days. And then when that didn’t happen, I spoke to target who said your policy was up to 10 business days. My point is, none of this was my fault. It’s not like I received headphones and then said “I really don’t like the look of these headphones, they’re ugly, I’m going to return them.” YOU SENT ME A BABY CARSEAT COVER. You sent me the wrong product, and the least you could have done was issue my refund the day the package arrived at your warehouse. My purpose for this review is to let people know of my experience. It was not pleasant, and if it were pleasant, I would still make a review. I tried to do it on Target.com but for some reason my review wasn’t approved.

The rack did not fit in my closet. I called your office to order one that would fit in exchange for this rack. They told me no exchanges as it was past the 30 days. I wanted to buy another rack that would fit as I researched your website and found one that was more expensive and would fit. Yet, still no exchange. I will not purchase from VMINNOVATIONS again.

Well, I've ordered Saluspa hot tub on the 6/26. The next day I get an update with tracking number that it shipped. FedEx says the label was created - not shipped. Its July 1st, I called customer service and spoke to a lovely lady that said give it another day and she will look into it and if need get me a refund. I'm disappointed as I was looking to enjoy the hot tub. Order # 26438951 PLEASE HELP

As of 6/30/220 VM Express through eBay stated they sent the shipment with the original tracking number, which still has not shown up. I am very disappointed and have requested a refund. Purchased a trampoline through VMexpress and we received two of three boxes (box 2 and 3). Have called and emailed several times that we need box 1 in order to build the trampoline. We received another box 3 yesterday and upon calling they said there was not a box 1 available, which makes no sense when the same trampoline without the volleyball and basketball items is listed available on their website and amazon. All I am asking VM is to send us box 1. What else do I need to do?

They listed an item for sale that they didnt have available. A few hours later they cancelled my order because they had no inventory. Why was it listed then? They even charged me already so I batter get a refund! I'm worried because I have a feeling this was just a cover to get my credit card number to use maliciously. Now I have to check my credit card often and very closely for suspicious activity.

I ordered a pool 4 days ago, Order# 002-2562789762. I have sent various emails in regards to why it still shows in warehouse, and no one has replied to my emails. Prior to ordering, I called customer service and was able to get through after a 20 min wait. I was guaranteed that this company was legit and that all I had to do was order online, stating it showed 130 pools in their Tx warehouse. Now I call and it’s just a busy tone and I’m freaking out . I am about to report this company to the Better Business Bureau... Where is my pool ???

Placed an order on Newegg which was acting as a marketplace for VM Innovations. Was charged, then my order was canceled. In the email, it said I canceled it, which I did not. I clicked the link for support to find out what is going on, selected send a text message, and received this response: Thanks for texting Newegg. Someone will be with you shortly. Msg & Data Rates may apply. Avg of 1-3 messages per request. Reply CSSTOP to stop, CSHELP for info Four hours later... nothing. I think they don't want to fulfill the order since the price was listed lower than other sites. And they don't want to admit it. Not very professional. Update: Newegg took two days to let me know they had a pricing error, and another two days to send me a $10 gift card for their mistake. I upped the star rating to two stars because of this. For 4 stars, they should have sent an email right away saying we messed up on price, we're canceling your order, and here's a code for a discount.
