Made order through amazon and they sent a used dinged up item that was also the wrong version then kept $90.00 for a restock fee which I'm still trying to get back through amazon. Update as of 8-02-20 I did get full refund which is much appreciated considering work situation with the covid-19 sham.

Stay away from this group, products defective and their customer service is rude and belligerent. If VM wants to contact me give me a manager's name with a direct # or email. Their main # staff is rude and belligerent.

Walmart Order Requiring a return. I was told I cant return to Walmart but someone should be contacting me within 24hr TAT. NOTHING! Just know I will be sure to review any other seller prior to ordering through Walmart's website going forth. Additionally, rest assured I will spread this experience to EVERYONE who will listen to NEVER support VM Express!

112-2018580-5945039 order number ordered a captain america booster seat from amazon for my son was a day late i dont blame vm express for that shipping has been hit and miss as of late what i do blame them for is for not sending me the carseat instead i got send a 30lb pro mangum deer feeder its a 30 gallon drum with stuff inside of it i didnt open it it weighs probably 70 lbs i contacted customer service and they wanted me to print a fedex label and return it to a fedex store or arrange for fedex to pick ot up so do there leg work for there mistake i said no if you want this product back you will arrange for it to be picked up as it is not my fault they sent an item that i did not order and they wont send me my item until fedex has there item which i find rediciouls so a carseat for my son i was suppose to receive yesterday who knows when ill receive it and i received an attitude like it was my fault that i received the wron item highly unprofessional blame the customer for their mistake and want the customer to fix it for them

I ordered a kayak from this company, paid for it immediately, then received an email an hour or so later saying the kayak I ordered was not in stock and a refund was being issued to me in 3-5 days. 18 days later, no refund. I filed a case with PayPal for my refund with the email they sent me as proof. Instead of simply giving me a refund that is LONG overdue right now, they upload fraudulent tracking information on the order that was never in stock and send that fraudulent tracking information to PayPal to stall the case and possibly get the case denied in their favor! I have screenshots of all the fraud and deceptive stunts this company has pulled in order to get away with not giving me a refund for an item they never had in stock in the first place!!!!! Give me my refund or I will escalate this case to the BBB!! Response to VMinnovations Order #- 10-05370-12414 Item was never in stock and then, once I opened a claim with PayPal, tracking information was uploaded for the order that was never in stock and was supposedly being refunded? That tracking number you gave PayPal was for another purchase I made from you criminals, two separate orders, on two different days with two different order ID numbers and you put the same tracking number from the item you did ship on the item you never had in stock and never shipped?? And you think nobody noticed that? I'm pretty sure that's fraudulent and illegal! Update: Escalated case to the better business bureau, after two months of fighting for a refund, I was finally refunded. Worst experience with a seller I've ever had in my 12 years on eBay!!

I ordered a jump o lenee on Monday,tracked it and it said it should be here by Saturday,I was like wow thats fast,Friday got here I tracked it and it said it was delivered at 1230pm called & emailed them just to get im sorry the shipper said it was delivered and you signed for it,still fighting with these people just to get a item I paid for,such a scam no help what so ever,call your credit card company like thats not the answer 🤔

Bought a pool from them that we had to return. We got the run around for a couple of days and after a week of calling and what not, we got a pickup date. Charged us nearly $300 to get have it returned and send us an email saying we have to put it on a pallet and if we don't have a pallet to put this 318lbs pool on, to pretty much go find one or they won't take it back. Why are we paying $300 when we have to practically do all the work ourselves?

Shopping online at Walmart. Looking for the Reliance 7 Gallon water container that I could not find in the store. I ended up purchasing the only one that I could find on the web site which was on sale for ONLY $59.98 for two of them. I FELL FOR THE SCAM when they are only $14.95 each when you buy them at Walmart. NO Luck trying to cancel or return the order. VERY UPSET that Walmart would support this scam by selling the product through their website.
