SCAMMERS if they have stole from you contact the FTC federal trade commission 202-326-2222 and report it. They have a lawsuit out right now on Walmart and other companies and they will take your report and it is serious even if it's just a little bit of money it doesn't matter they're stealing their fraudulent and they're looking the other way. That's what I did I turned in spreetail and walmart. They are scamming hundreds of thousands of people and making money off of it they take money off your card without your knowledge after you make a purchase threw Walmart target Amazon and many other companies. Don't be afraid to call the FTC

Bought a Coleman sulspa off Amazon…
Bought a Coleman sulspa off Amazon Spreetail was the seller, they only sent the filters….no hot tub I’ll be contacting Amazon in the morning. This company shouldn’t be allowed to sell anything on Amazon. They are thieves.

Dodgy to say the very least.
Years ago I built a pond/waterfall. I bought a used Little Giant pump off Craigslist and installed it. It ran for 9 years before it eventually failed. I ordered a new one (exact same brand/model) from Spreetail, (authorized dealer) installed it and it failed in 14 months. Now the manufacturers warranty says "36 months Warranty" clearly on the box, but Spreetail claim that their returns policy is only 12 months. They refused to provide a replacement. The enclosed warranty information clearly states that Little Giants authorized dealers should comply with the manufacturers warranty, but time after time Spreetail just produced a standardized document stating that they only provide 12 months. We got Little Giant involved and they agreed with us and thankfully took it up with Spreetail mgmt. and our issue was resolved. Thank you Little Giant.
I really can't believe the blatant disregard for customer service this company has.
I wish them all the worst.

Sent Order to Wrong Location - Will Not Help
Horrible. Purchased 3 pallets from them via bstocksupply and they sent my order to the wrong location. Somebody else got my order for free. They never even reached out to give me an order update - I had to contact them. Terrible customer service and a big waste of time. They are unwilling to help get my order shipped to me.

Very pleased C.
Great customer service! Responded quickly on a weekend!
I placed an order on Walmart's website through the third party (Spreetail) and I always look up the legitimacy/reviews of a business before I order. I noticed how terrible the reviews were so I was hesitant but the price of what I was ordering could not be beat anywhere else and I knew if I had an issue I could just go through Walmart and get a refund. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The item I ordered was supposed to be a quantity of 4 but I only received 3 initially so I contacted Spreetail and they responded rather quickly and told me the third was in a separate shipment and included the tracking information for me. A couple days go by and the tracking info had not budged there appeared to be an issue in transit. Spreetail then contacted me and informed me the item was damaged in transit and asked how I would like to proceed. I opted for a replacement and within an hour of asking for a replacement I got a new shipment confirmation with tracking and in two days had my missing item! Customer service was great and fast!

Good Customer Service Experience.
I ordered a Mariner 3 pic boat on WalMart.com on July 16th. It arrived quickly, with no visible damage to the package. It sat for a few days (July 24th) until I had a chance to put air in it. We discovered that it had a leak along one of the seams, so it wasn't repairable. I contacted the WalMart Customer Care Team, on the 25th, and they passed the information on to Spreetail, with a promise that They would get in touch with me within 48 hours.I received an email and a call that same day. They had all of my information, and they gave me instructions to destroy the boat (they didn't want it back), attach an RMA #, and send them the pictures. I did what they asked and sent them the pictures on the 26th. They said they would ship the replacement out ASAP, with 2 day shipping at their expense. I received the new boat this morning. I've filled it with air, and it's fine.
After all of the 1-star reviews of this company, I am surprised and impressed with their level of customer service in handling my return. I believe all of the reviews, but am happy to say that my experience was excellent.

I might be one of the lucky ones
I think I probably got lucky because they didn't deliver what I purchased and I didn't have to go thru a return. Anyway, my experience is pretty much like other comments I've found on the web. I googled this company. Looks like they sell overstock, surplus, return items, etc for other companies. Sell thru *** and such. Within a few hours of my order on *** I got an email the item was shipped and they posted a charge to my credit card. *** says 'carrier picked up package' but when I use the *** tracking, the item was never picked up. Five days later, item still not picked up. When I contacted them they said it was the carrier's fault. They said *** didn't update the tracking number and wait another couple of days and if not updated by then, they would ship a replacement. Ok, so I waited 4 days more and nothing. This time they said, "sorry for the inconvenience, do you want a refund or replacement". I said, "replacement" and then within 30 mins, "sorry but we're out of stock" and we're cancelling your order and expect a refund 3-5 days. Wow, they charged my card within hours of my order but now I'm supposed to wait another 3-5 business days for a refund. No way. I contacted *** and demanded a refund or I would file a dispute with my card company. I did get a refund the next day but the order was never canceled. I had to go back to *** and cancel the order.
To summarize, they charged my order almost the same time they got my order, then offered to send a replacement, then blamed delays on the carrier, and again offered a replacement and then canceled my order saying they didn't have the item in stock.
So why would a company waste my time like this? The feedback from customers on ***, it's a common complaint but what does this company get out of it? My theory, and it's just my opinion, but I think they don't sell stock they have in hand. Or they do have other stock but also oversell. When they get an order, they create a shipping label and make believe it's shipped so they can ask *** to charge your card and they say "here's the tracking number". That boosts their sales numbers so they go back to the distributor or whoever and claim their sales numbers are bigger than they are because they don't balance sales with actual deliveries; actually completed transactions. I think they're probably manipulating their clients as much as their customers, and getting away with it because it's difficult to complain. Might not be illegal but it's deceptive and dishonest. If you read the seller feedback on *** they're rating is around 90% and the other %, comments are similar to mine but in every case, *** says it's not the seller's fault. I don't know why they allow this kind of activity because it's clearly deceptive but at least they haven't deleted the buyer comments. And I'm glad I didn't get the item because then I'd probably be a real pickle.
Btw, there's another popular website that gives this company an A+ rating, the highest they can give and yet there are dozens of complaints there too. There's not one positive review of the company and yet they've given them an A+ rating.
You might be wondering why I would buy from them knowing what I know now. Simple. I buy a lot of stuff on *** and I just didn't note carefully that this was sold and fulfilled by a third party. Even if I had though, the buyer comments were mostly positive unless you scrolled thru several pages and like I said, *** left a note in each case that it wasn't the seller's fault. So how am I supposed to know?

I ordered a pool pump on 6-16 and…
I ordered a pool pump on 6-16 and didn’t get it out of the box til the first week of July. On July 27th the pump stopped working completely. Was told there’s literally nothing that can be done bc it’s passed the 30 day window, no replacement, no refund, no returns! This company sounds like a scam and I’ll make sure everyone I know never orders from this company ever again.
