I purchased a product at a great price
I purchased a product at a great price. It came pretty quickly but it was completely trashed! A lot of shipping damage. But they gave me a prompt refund and we're very easy to work with.

Don’t Use this company!
I ordered a water butt but stupidly forgot to change my address to my new one. I emailed them within 5 minutes but got an automated reply saying it was too late to change it. I tried to email the seller but I only received automated replies from the USA!!!! I had to wait outside my old address and wait for the delivery. DPD dumped it at the door and left so I collected my water butt and left. No communication whatsoever. Just grabbed the ££££ and gave no help at all. Product fine. Service zilch.
