I'm writing this review after an earlier review I have written about trust pilots' ratings. My earlier experience with VIV tone was very unfavorable, after saying they would contact me with the address where to send my Viv tone Pure blue tooth hearing aids. Also, the customer support number I was using to talk with changed and no longer supported Vivtone, My complaints were never with how the equipment worked it worked very well the problem I had was trying to get a replacement. My units crashed in 7.5 months far short of the 3 to 5 years the market industry expects. This was probably a malfunction or poor installation of the battery. In the end after appx 30 plus days after I first talked with Viv tone, they did honor the guarantee and send me new units. They said they tried 4 times to connect with me but e mail but I never received one mail. I will give them credit that maybe the mails were lost, and the rating is for quality of the units less the battery problem. Their customer service drastically Improved once Cindy became involved. Again, the units worked well, the customer service need serious attention toward improvement to become a first-class company.

The pictures are large enough to see everything that’s needed. Each picture has a few short lines to explain what one of the pictures is about and it continued that way throughout the user manual. The colors used are the same throughout –blue, light gray, a darker gray, and white. Simple and to the point. For an elderly person with low vision like me this meant a lot. I was able to use my health insurance, which gives us a certain amount of money to put towards hearing aids. Companies have to be approved in order to allow purchases from here so that was also one of the things that made me certain you have a quality product.

Cindy in customer service is great! I had a problem with the original shipment and she took care of if right a way. I received my replacement in time to go on my vacation with no problems. The left side hearing aid was damaged in shipping and she got it replaced within a few days. Great job! Thank you for your help. Steve C.

Bob DePorter I have purchased three hearing aids from Vivtone since 2024. The quality and clarity of these hearing aids has been exceptional. Before 2024 I had purchased hearing aids costing $3800 and $4200 and I had to go to audiologist constantly for adjustments. When I saw the purchase price in an add for two aids, including charger for under $300 I thought I would give them a try. I could not believe how great these aids were. I accidently broke one of the aids and recently had to order a replacement. Cindy in their Customer Support Dept has been terrific in the support she has given me and I highly recommend their product and Customer Service has been exceptional.

Great product! These out perform the $4000 ,one's I've had. The app is easy to use and had adjustments that fine tune to any situation.

I bought the hearing aids for my husband and he likes them very much. Very comfortable, clear sound, overall very satisfied. Customer service for help is very fast in responding and very helpful.
