My experience with Vivtone and Cindy has been great. I bought the Minis first which helped the hearing but sometimes very loud noises bothered me. I then bought the Xpure type and use the Bluetooth connection. This solved my loud noise problem. About a year later, the right aide would not hold a charge more than a few hours. I contacted Vivtone via email with Cindy. She suggested a solution. I tried it but it did not work. Cindy said to return it. She sent me a replacement (free) which works great. My big thanks to Vivtone and to Cindy for a no hassle fix. R Downey

Really like the Edge BTE hearing aids. Sound is crystal clear and comfortable to wear. I had used the super minis for about a year but were not as easy for me as the Edge. I was able to use them immediately after orienting myself to them. My only issue , hence the 4 stars in lieu of 5 is that they came from IBstone not vivtone and when I called customer service was told that they are part of vivtone. It would have been helpful to know that beforehand and that you use the vivtone not IBstone for the warranty.

09/04.2026 UPDATE: Vivtone customer service promptly mailed me a replacement for the broken unit. The replacement hearing aid and charging case arrived finally today after the USPS horrible mail service delays and I am using it right now. 08/21/26: They are comfortable and worked great, for a short while. The left unit stopped working, dead three months after buying them. I contacted the company with no response. Sent another message. I got a response from the company and was told to go to a website where I could buy a replacement. I refused and reminded them they had a one year warranty. The company agreed to send a new left unit. They sent one that was incompatible with the charger. After yet another contact they sent the correct replacement. Today my right unit went dead. I removed it from my ear and the case had come apart. Unit is not quite a year old. So yeah, they work great until they don't. Short life span.

These work well and are fairly easy to get used to. I have two pairs and so far the second pair is fine but the first is a bit off andaftercharging one side does not always work. After another re charge it then works. But a good buy and certainly as good as the $5000 ones

In the past I have spent thousands of dollars on hearing aids and ordered these Minis on a whim because of the extremely low price. I have been wearing these for about a week. They work great except that they keep slipping forward, I have to reposition them which means I have to reset them. I'm still trying to adjust them and I won't give up!
