Just to clarify: the top button raises volume, the bottom button lowers volume. Holding either button for 3 seconds will switch between different listening modes. Our free accessory offer upon warranty activation is available with free shipping for US customers only. For customers in the UK, international shipping fees apply for sending accessories, due to high international logistics costs. We specially applied to split the shipping cost with you: you only need to cover half of the estimated $30 international shipping. Unfortunately, we made a human error when creating the payment invoice, where we incorrectly filled in $2.1 as the shipping amount. This mismatch between the estimated total shipping cost and the invoice line item created this big misunderstanding, which was entirely our mistake. We have fixed this invoice issue.
