He diagnosised and gave great instructions that remedied my problem , now I will know what to look for if it happens again

I ordered super mini aides direct from Vivitone but was not happy and attempted to return them for money back guarantee, however Vivitone (Cindy) offered a free upgrade to Vivitone Bluetooth rechargeable and I love them!!!! Comparable sound and convenient to several other VERY expensive audiologist recommended aides. Wish I’d saved the extreme time and money investment in my hearing aide search journey over the past 10 years and all it has cost me in appointment times and lots of money! I’m still paying on my $12,000 aides purchased thru audiologist, but I’ll be wearing the Vivitone and using the overpriced expensive one as a backup. Save yourself some serious $$$ - Vivitone is the answer.

It is really difficult to understand how to use the buttons on the hearing aids

In all honesty I give the hearing aids 4 stars but customer service 2 stars. They promised 3-5 days delivery time and then ships USPS who in My opinion is the slowest most unreliable carrier out there. The hearing aids stayed in Shreveport USPS 5 or 6 days! After the XPure arrived and were fully charged and paired with my I-phone we could not get the volume increased. I called customer support and talked with Nina at length with no help, she finally said I might consider returning them. After the hassle of finally getting them, my wife & I started trying to figure this out. We lucked up on the Hz chart and saw the high volume limit was set very low. We increased this and problem fixed- they are now working as they should. I will send another review in a few days!

I am very pleased with my hearing aids. They work perfectly. I have had them for about a week now. No problems thus far!

Having issuse adjusting the volume level on my new mini hearing aids and the enclosed manual left little to be desired to resolve this. To the rescue charged Nina and her patient expertise. Thank you keep up the excellent service.
