Ups delayed the shipment a few days but that wasn't their fault, they had the exhaust in stock and was timely with answering questions. Great shop

First of all I have never used Vivid racing before, website is easy to navigate and to use. Had everything in stock that I ordered gave me a good shipping time. But they did not disclose until after you placed your order that all your stuff is coming from different vendors. Ordered a total of seven items. The items came separate from each other, and from three different delivery services. Customer support gave wrong tracking number and made me believe my stuff was delivered to somebody else. It was easy to order a nightmare to receive. I did receive all my product. I'm sure I will use them in the future but not for anything that you want delivered in a timely fashion.

The item I ordered arrived in great condition and the price was competitive. But I didn't see anywhere on the website that the item would be drop shipped from the vendor and not from a company owned warehouse. This added time to the shipping I wasn't expecting. This was the first time I have used this company. And I wasn't time crunched on this project (because it was not my primary bike). But I have projects that need timely shipments and not knowing CLEARLY that the item is in stock and on it's way verses drop shipped from a vendor and delayed 3-10 days is a problem. I wish Vivid Racing all the luck in the world! I'm sure I'll use them again, but only as a last resort since I can't be sure of the shipping time. If they only clearly stated "in stock" verses "drop ship". Maybe I just missed the notice. Good Luck and Thanks!

Parts were ordered thru VR after comparing total delivered costs across multiple websites. Everything was delivered as promised. The particular items I ordered were direct shipped from the manufacturer and I was on a tight deadline so I did call customer service a week out to verify delivery date. The person answering was friendly, but could not tell me anything more than the FedEx info for the expected delivery date.
