They don’t stand behind there warranty I called before the one year warranty was up and they told me the paperwork was not done in time.They wanted videos of what was going on with my running boards sent that to them and they kept telling me they were waiting on the manufacturer to call them back. Then sent me a email saying the warranty was expired and I didn’t get the paperwork in on time which I had called them before the warranty was up and waited on them to send me the paperwork. Do not buy anything from them

Warning to Potential Buyers: I purchased a tune for a 2019 Rover SVR from Stephen with the expectation to elevate its performance from 575hp to 645hp. While initially everything seemed fine, the subsequent instructions I received were concerning. Instead of the promised genuine upload, they instructed me to zip tie a tune module to the firewall – a highly unprofessional approach. Despite numerous calls and emails, there has been no response. Requests for an RMA are ignored, leaving me with an $890 device that serves no purpose. Having dealt with other tuners for my two previous SVRs, this is glaringly substandard. Many competitors offer legitimate uploads, as opposed to the makeshift approach Stephen's company endorses. The sales tactics employed by this company are questionable at best. They evade issues until the return policy solidifies, effectively trapping clients. Proceed with caution if considering their services. After three more attempts, I filled out the form and sent a picture of the product with the order number, and again, no service. I even copied a copy of this review to the Sales guy, and still nothing -

I received my order pretty quick, price was fair, the packaging was torn up pretty bad, but I blame the shipping company on that. It was heavy and cumbersome. Couple of the pieces have scratches and nicks, but thats ok. I just hope its not missing anything when I go to install it.

Vivid Racing provided me an option to purchase something that was not available in my country; even directly from the supplier. The product turned out to be ridiculously overpriced junk, but that is not on Vivid Racing, that is on me, 100%. Their pricing was fair (by exchange rate), their customer support was amazing, the shipping was actually really fast, even internationally! They took care of all duties and taxes and I was left with no surprise charges or hidden fees. Will definitely purchase from them again!
