Do not shop for parts at this vendor! Horrible customer service, I had to return an item and they made me pay over 100.00 dollars to return the item, then they took 25 percent restocking fee, so I ended up losing almost 400.00 off the purchase. I am still awaiting the refund after over a week since they received the item and was told the vendor has to open the box to ensure everything was in there even after I advised that I never opened the box. This purchase is a nightmare, please stay away from this vendor.

Update so I can reply to their comment: So you reply to my review but won't reply to my MANY phone calls and emails? Wow. Also, How I am supposed to know to tell them it's a convertible? It's not my responsibility to know what facts are pertinent to get the order correct. The rep NEVER asked. On top of it I have ordered parts from the sale rep for this car, they clearly got the info that they needed. Me shipping the part BACK is over $150 on top of the $300 restocking fee. So it's over $450 out of my pocket for your mistake. Are you going to call me back so we can get this resolved, or do we have to talk via online reviews? What an extremely frustrating and time-consuming experience. I have been working on a return with them for over a month and a half, with myself emailing or calling 2-3 times a week (usually with zero reply). Long story short, I ordered a part through their sales team. They shipped me the wrong part and are trying to tell me I ordered the wrong part. They are trying to charge me roughly $400 for a restocking fee and shipping to send the part back. Charging a restocking fee and shipping when they ordered the wrong part is awful. Even worse, the customer service is poor and slow. Hopefully I can get this resolved. The ticket is STILL open.

Is anyone still working in the office? The email has been terribly slow. Wrong item sent to me and only concern on how i am going to return it to them. Nothing mentioned on sending my item to me at all. Its 20+ days. I didnt order a wrong item and try to exchange with you. You sent me a wrong item on your side. Have purchased from Vivid twice, but no more. Firstly they are slooooooow. If you are in a rush, go elsewhere. Nearly 2 weeks after placing an order I received an email informing me they could not send one of the items (no longer manufactured). They did not have a comparable alternative so a request for a refund was made. The customer service during this exchange was satisfactory, though very late. However, the refund provided did not refund me the taxes on a nearly $300 item. I called to ask why. First time after explaining the reason for my call and providing order info they seemingly could not hear me after that point and hung up on me. Tried calling back but could not get the call to go through. Called back two days later, got the same Representative, explained again why I called, then immediate silence. This was not a connection issue. The call waiting worked perfectly fine while awaiting someone to take my call. Shady practices when reimbursement is involved. Note: during the first call I provided an order #. They could have called or emailed me back after the 'dropped' call, but made no effort to do so.

Bought a module for my AMP steps for my lifted pickup. The part is good 👍 . However I didn't need it for it was only a bad connection. Here's where it went wrong. When I tried to return it , they wanted a restocking fee. Ok , I understand that. Well, when I tried to return it , UPS sent it back to me showing no suit # to deliver to at that address. I live in the same city so I went there. Checked all the suites there and nobody ever heard of Vivid Racing.
