Worked with Vivid for years and Greg is always there to lend a hand. If you have questions never be afraid to reach out and call, Lot of places don't do calls emails only, which sometimes it takes 10 to 15 emails to figure out a question because you might have to explain it in different ways. Call they pick up and will get it settled quicker.

I had an issue at checkout and abandoned my order. I received an email shortly after asking if I needed help to finish the order. I said my issue and asked if they could help.They wrote back sending me a link to finish my order without the issue. I received the order quickly and shipping was reasonable.
