Order a carbon fiber trunk and hood to treat my car! Shopping experience is very easy and straight forward. I appreciate the team with updated emails as the order has been placed and shipping as any car guy that’s anxiously waiting for new part! Can’t wait for it to come in.

I ordered a tool from them a month and a half ago. They did not have the tool. It is no longer in production. When i reached out to them a week later to cancel my order they said 3-5 business days for a refund. I had to file a fraud claim with my card company and they claimed they shipped the item. I have email confirmation that it was canceled and their “accounting team” is working on processing a refund. They are stalling until the time runs out. Still talking to my credit card. Hopefully i will get my money back. Update: i have reached out to them again. Will update again if they ever give me a refund. Update 2: after everything the owner got involved. They did refund my money so i have changed my rating to 2 stars.

Jorge was excellent in supporting me making my purchase. He sent me over a quote almost immediately and made sure to follow up after the order had been processed. Very happy with my purchase and with the customer service given!

My part came in on time. But, when I opened it, the part was “defective” it was a fix that I could handle. They offered to replace it but, I didn’t want the hassle to ship it back and wait for a new one. I sent them pictures for proof of the defect and they agreed it was. I was expecting some kind of compensation cause I told them I will fix it on my own but, all I got was “ if you fix it, it can’t be returned “ long story short, I fixed it and it’s working well
