So I forwarded the inquiry to Sales as instructed 5 days ago but still no response: My experience with Vivid Racing has not been positive as well. I have sent them an email inquiry on pricing on an item that just went out of stock. No response. When I called their Sales department, they transferred me to Customer Service, who in turn tried to transfer me back to Sales. I explained to them that I just got transferred by them. Then I was placed in terminal hold. Date of experience: May 24, 2024 Edit Reply from Vivid Racing 5 days ago Hey there, thanks for reaching out about your experience. That definitely sounds frustrating, and we apologize for the runaround. We'd love to help you track down some info on that out-of-stock item. Shoot us an email at sales○vividracing.com with the product details and we'll get on it!

Hello Pierre! I am following up on this. Looks like one of ours sales guys is working with you. Looks like there may be some issues with lead time, but rest assured, we will continue with follow up.

This was my first time ordering something from Vivid Racing. Tommy was super helpful and even though I made him search for like 8 different things and there were probably 12 phone calls back and forth between us, he remained happy and helpful and made it an all around very nice experience!

So far so good! Website was really easy to use, has multiple payment options. Communication has been really good too!! I’ve gotten updates on what point of the process my orders at. Only hiccup has been I was told my item would ship on Monday 5/27 however it has not yet (I can totally understand why though, with 5/27 being a holiday). Still really excited to get my hood, can’t wait!!
Response from Vivid RacingMay 31, 2024
Thanks for the review! We're glad the website and communication were a breeze. Totally understandable about the Memorial Day delay, but rest assured your hood is a priority!
