The part was the right one, and the car sounds great. Waiting 4 months for a part that was said to be in stock was BS. Someone needs to promote honesty on your website.

I ordered carbon fiber fenders, they were listed as ready to install, they in fact were not, they had to be drilled out. This was after I already had them coated professionally and buffed out due to clouding, after they were drilled, the “vent” was installed an inch or more too low on the product that my OEM side skirts wouldn’t go back on. The whole product essentially needed to be Frankensteined to fit. When I called to let them know, they asked if I wanted to send them back for a refund. THEY ALREADY WERE COATED AND DRILLED. Whoever did the customer service for this issue needed pictures on pictures on video to believe there was a problem. So the solution after my having to spend extra to have these made right, was to offer me a 110$ refund. On a $1000 product that was essentially defective on arrival. I wouldn’t trust what is listed nor purchase from them again.

I ordered a set of four exhaust tips because the product page showed the item was in stock. Instead, I received only three. This was not buyer’s remorse—it was an incomplete order. After contacting customer service, rather than taking responsibility for shipping an incomplete order, I was told I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee and return shipping to send everything back. At the time I placed my order, this restocking fee was not clearly disclosed during checkout. An incomplete shipment is a fulfillment error, not a customer mistake. Customers should not be penalized for returning an order that was never delivered as purchased. Before buying, I also looked into other customer experiences and found numerous complaints describing similar issues involving inventory accuracy, delays, returns, refunds, and customer service. My experience unfortunately matched that pattern. Update 8/5/2026: After I posted this review, the company contacted me and offered to waive the restocking fee and issue a full refund—but only if I removed my review. I declined because I believe reviews should reflect customers' actual experiences, not be exchanged for refunds. The fact that the company was willing to waive the fee only after a negative review, rather than when I initially explained that they had shipped an incomplete order, speaks for itself. It should not take a public review to receive fair treatment for a fulfillment error.

I am very disappointed with my first experience with Vivid Racing. Despite the information I provided through email, including photos clearly showing the issue, customer service stated that I received the correct item. However, the product I received clearly does not match the installation instructions. Their own installation video shows the J&L bracket mounting to the vehicle's strut bar using the OEM 12 mm bolt, but the mounting hole on the bracket I received is significantly smaller than 12 mm, making it impossible to install as demonstrated. It's frustrating to receive a product that doesn't fit as advertised, especially after providing clear evidence of the problem. I expected better quality control from a company that comes so highly recommended. ------------------------------------------ I have updated my rating to 3 stars because, while the bracket's mounting hole diameter was incorrect, the oil separator itself was the correct product. I was able to resolve the issue by enlarging the existing hole in the aluminum bracket to the required 12 mm diameter, allowing the J&L Oil Separator to be installed properly. Although I was able to correct the problem myself, this is something that should have been accurate from the manufacturer. With the modification completed, the installation was successful and the issue has been resolved.

Do not buy anything from Vivid Racing. Ordered rims on 5/20. Revived nothing from the company regarding the purchase. No invoice, no shipping. On 5/27 I canceled the order with the company and was told I’d receive a full refund. They shipped the product anyway. Incredibly difficult return process. Paid an $250 to return the items. On 7/15 received an email claiming they did not receive the return. Provided proof of delivery on 7/2. $973+$250=$1223, they offered a refund of $390. Find your product anywhere else.

I recently purchased the **RaceChip GTS 5 Tuning Box** from Vivid Racing, and the entire experience was excellent. My order arrived quickly and was well packaged. Installation was straightforward, although it took a little patience to get the Bluetooth app connected and the unit registered. Once that was completed, everything worked flawlessly. The performance exceeded my expectations. The increase in boost and overall power delivery was immediately noticeable, providing exactly the improvement I was hoping for from a tuning product. Throttle response feels sharper, acceleration is stronger, and the vehicle is simply more enjoyable to drive. Compared to the OEM performance tune, the RaceChip GTS 5 from Vivid Racing is a significant improvement. The product is well engineered, performs as advertised, and delivers real, noticeable gains. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, plug-and-play performance upgrade.

I ordered a Rock Hard 4X4 roll cage for my Jeep TJ. I received one of 4 items and have 20 emails back and forth about the rest of my order and still no resolution. This has been going on for a month. I have been charged for all the order but don't have it all. I keep getting replys stating the Supervisor and Team are working on it. This outfit needs to be investigated.
