Just had my first order at Vivid Racing. After having an issue ordering from the website I contacted Vivid Racing by email and got a reply within just a few hours. The communication and response time was very quick and I was offered a payment solution by mail.

I had questions about the wheels before buying them and I messaged the online chat support asking if the wheel where in stock the next day I got email back from support confirming that they where in stock and ready to ship. I did not think I would get message back but I’m glad I did it helped me decide to buy them
