I appreciate this company being very customer focused. The USPS lost my package, and Vitaly arranged for a replacement within a day. I have a friend who's been waiting weeks for another company to resolve the same issue. Highly recommend this company.

I’ve bought a few things from Vitaly and their items are wonderfully crafted. One product I purchased had a few loose linkages but they replaced it promptly and with great customer service the entire time. Will continue to buy from them for the foreseeable future.

Their products may not be every person's taste, but after purchasing from them 4 times over 3 years I have to say that the quality is good for the price (the last necklace I bought wasn't as good quality compared to the early days of vitaly) but- their customer service is great, helpful and reliable.

I've been a longtime customer of Vitaly Design. I can only speak about the rings, since I haven't bought any other pieces. But with a collection of about 8 of their rings, I think my opinion is worth something. 1) The delivery time Yes, it's true. It can take a while to receive your items. Usually it takes around 5-7 business days, altough sometimes it can take longer than that. Though I have the feeling the delivery times are shorter now than they used to be a couple of years ago. Still, I don't mind due to the quality of the product. 2) Quality of the products As I stated earlier, I can only talk about the rings. I always buy them in the gold color option. My first ring was the gold 'pryde' ring, which they don't sell anymore. I've been wearing it for a couple of years almost every day through loads of different circumstances. These vary from parties to walks to work. The gold hasn't faded one bit in my opinion. It's honestly incredible. Of course there's some usage marks such as small scratches but I think those contribute to the 'historical value' of the item. The rings don't turn your fingers green and they have a certain weight to them which makes them feel expensive. I have yet to find another jewelry brand which offers gold-colored (without the use of actual gold), stainless steel jewelry where the rings are as sturdy and durable as vitaly design. 3) Price - quality I think it's clear by now that I'm a big fan and advocate of their products, I'm not even getting payed to say this. But these bad reviews convinced me to write this down. Yes some rings cost €85, but if you're looking for an affordable, quality upgrade which will last a long time, €85 isn't much if you ask me.

I'm sorry but I have had an amazing experience with this company. Their jewellery is even better looking in real life and their customer service is amazing (the quality is super great). Monica, the customer service manager called me personnally to ensure everything went smooth and she has been extremely nice and helpful. I don't understand the bad reviews here (I guess it's because they might have had some trouble managing the operations during lockdown, but hey, like every other companies...) and I will definitely order again with them. I'm 300% satisfied.

Everything about this company is slow. Slow delivery and even slower response to a refund that should have been honored 2 weeks ago. The product is very good because the metal feels like plastic, it was also smaller than I expected it to be. I'm very unhappy that no one has responded to my inquiry about my refund when usps says they have received my return 07/06/2020. Very disappointed and won't be giving them another try for putting me through this. Big waste of $140.00!!!

Been waiting my order for a month I guess, it arrived in Milan the 2th of June and it’s the 18th and it still is in Milan, trying to save money through bad shipping is not a premium quality choice, especially since your jewelry costs a lot since it’s made 0f simple steel, not silver
