I have had no problem with vitality oils. The shipping was fast, the coupon worked. I got the skin envy balm and I love it. My face is soft and a couple on brown spots are gone. I also got the helichrysm and frankinsense. Eh. Don’t hate them but I’m not sure what they are good for. Also got a small roll on of aches and pains. Didn’t notice any improvement. Will buy the skin envy again but not the others.

Love their products. Never had a problem. Not sure why negative reviews. They seem up and up

My first time using essential oils. So far I haven’t experienced any adverse reactions to Vitality products. I am still testing them out. That being said my step mother is extremely pleased with the Frankenscense balm helping reduce sciatica in her lower back. As a result, she’s finally able to get a good nights sleep. I wish the company would tone down the ads on Facebook.

I placed an order for a balm on 10/3. Never received it. (It is now 10/28). I chatted with someone on their site, and they said it must have gotten lost and that they'd send it again. It would take another 7-10 days to receive!!! No overnight shipping to make up for the delayed order, no coupon, nothing. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!

I had to go to urgent care because my whole right side broke out with awful red itchy rash. I wish I had read the reviews first . I got a steroid shot to help calm the reaction spent about 150.00 seeing doc and dermatologist. Awful awful awful t I DID get refunded after I demanded it....this stuff is awful

I’d like to know where Vitality Extracts Essential Oils got my photo yes my photo every family & friend will & would recognize this photo. These are private & was sent to my neurologist & orthopedist surgeon. I did not give permission for anyone other my doctors to see this picture. I demand an explanation.

I have been using their oils for over a year. I love the Skin Envy. I add it to my tallow cream and my skin is great. I add frankincense and helichrysum to magnesium lotion which helps my joints. I've used more expensive brands but am very happy with these products and their prices. Shipping is pretty quick and when I received a damaged product, I sent an email and received a replacement. My only annoyance with them is the constant texts about sales and deals. I like a good buy as much as the next person but too many texts.
