Made aN order 2 times. October last year 2024 and this early april 25th submitted document state issue ID. They never completed my order i never received my birth certificate was charged $15 dollars both timeS and the remaining they charge youR card when complete. The $15 non refundable. The are the government 2nd party company to get vital records. SO HOPFULLY THE GOVERNMENT WILL CANCEL THEIR CONTRACT SOON BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THEY CANT OR WONT DO THEIR JOB. LOOK AT ALL THESE COMPLAINTS ANY OTHER COMPANY WOULD OF BEEN OUT OF BUSINESS BUT BECAUSE THEY ARE BACKED BY THE STATES WE HAVE TO GO THRU THEM TO GET OUR VITAL RECORDS THEY ARE STILL RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND ARE INCOMPETENT. YOU ALSO CAN NOT GET Through TO ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA EMAIL OR PHONE.

Never received my birth certificate it's been 3.months!!! Told it will ben10 t0 15 business days!!! Do not order from Vital Ck!!! They are a SCAM! THY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! NO REPLY BACK FROM ANY EMAIL OR PHONE!!!

I ordered a birth certificate through this site paid 50 dollars then 20 to have shipped over night was told it would take 30 days soon as payment went through got email saying would be 90-95 days it’s been 75 days so I called my county I was born in registry of deeds and they told me pay 10 dollars and it would be done in three days and shipped out DO NOT USE VITALCHECK COMPLETE SCAM

Absolutely horrible experience with this site. Placed order for birth certificates which I needed delivered it less than a month as I had paid for an expedited shipping. However, it was past the date I was supposed to receive and every time I would call they ignored. After calling for several days with no response I got an email from them saying I needed to go to a notary $30 which I paid and still never got the certificate. Stay away from this site. Luckily, I saw a comment on here about Globalfakes! I checked them out and realized they’re a genuine document vendor. I ordered my certificate with them and they delivered it in less than a week.

I order copies of birth certificates on April 14. Order finally apparently filled on May 19. And I have yet to receive it. Called - put on hold forever and sent to a recording. Called again and talked in circles to a man who just said he processed new orders. Now they are saying they must file a claim for a lost package that will take another 10 days and then they will offer me a refund so that I can begin this circle process again. HORRIBLE!!

I placed my order on 03/18/2025 Order # 198191904 and I paid $57.00 and instantly received an email stating that my order was processed and will take up to 30-45 days with an expected delivery day of May 20th 2025 well it is May 29th 25 and still no birth certificate no communication and I have been on hold for over an hour now I am very frustrated

Ordered my birth certificate and sent all of the required documents but then they say they don't match but they do match and when one tries to call, they will not answer their phone to fix their error. Now they have my money, but I do not have my birth certificate. Waited on the phone 3 times each over 45 minutes long and the last time was over 2 hours. I don't think they really answer their phone calls.

I ordered for two birth certificates and used their expedited service as I had a deadline and according to the agreement I was going to get it before the due date. Two weeks passed the time it was supposed to come and I never got any update from them. What a waste of time. I was looking to get a birth certificate urgently and came across Globalfakes on my search, placed the order with them and they were very fast in the processing. I was able to meet up my appointment due to them.
