VitalChekReviews of vitalcheck.com

I've ordered from this company before so I know they're legit. However, this time around I ordered a birth certificate, gave me the summary of charge when I put in my card info. Once the payment was processed, I was surprised to see a receipt for and additional $18.50 for shipping. It was not disclosed in the summary prior to payment, nor did it give me an option on what kind of shipping method I would like to use. Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky company! Charging prime for convenience. I will definitely go straight to the registars office next time. Save myself $30 on fees.

Like: Was sent the form back immediately, but instructed to send to state where certified certificate is issued. Dislike: Why was a US certificate request sent to Badalona Spain? Also, why was a high dollar amount charged? and then also have to send money to requested state? Was give website by Motor vehicle division. Have noticed some sites spell vitalcheck as vitalchek.
