Up front the bad, a little pricey, but saves a lot of time and frustration. We needed our birth certificates and marriage license for "Real ID"s. Now the great, quick and easy. They made the calls and verifications needed by 3 different state government offices. Start to finish less than 30 days. Customer service was very courteous and helpful I would highly recommend VitalChek

This company is a joke. There is no customer service, just a constant run around no one ever answers phone calls. Emails sent , no reply. Never received my birth certificate. Finally called my credit card company and asked if they could void the charge After 7 days and my credit card company got my money back and sent me a letter stating that they also tried to reach Vitaltec and they also received no answer. 2 days after I was refunded my money. Vitalchek sent me an email that my document was on its way. I received a letter stating that there was no one with my name born from January 1968- Dec 1968 Lol, yeah right. Just received my birth certificate last wknd. Ordered it through DPH vital records office.
