The wi-fi worked flawlessly as we traveled from England to the Netherlands to Italy to Germany and back to England. We were covered everywhere we went.

Hi Jason, Thank you so much for your positive review! We are glad that you enjoyed the service! One of the good thing about our European devices is that it covers over 45 countries so you don't have to carry multiple devices.

Because of their afdordable wifi, I was able to enjoy all around Italy without any problem. Fast and reliable!

My Pocket rooter was not prepared when I picked it up from Haneda Airport, They took time to make sure about my order. If I did not have my order-copy, would be complicated, except this mistake, services were good, over all. The rooter was very useful, I will use this service again.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your positive review. For the pickup in Japan airport, you will need your order ID as well as your passport in order to receive the device. We apologize if they took time to check, they are usually fast on their process.

The device only goes up to 90% even if it has been charged for more than 12 hours and does not last for a day. It may show 100% while it’s charging but it immediately becomes 90%. I used this company before and didn’t have this problem so it was disappointing.

Hi Yurie, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you had an issue with the device. For the device you rented, "Japan - Unlimited Max", the battery life is between 4 to 6 hours but you can always keep it charged with a portable battery charger. Also, in the future, if you have issues with the device in Japan, in most cases, we could ship a replacement device to you because we have offices there as well.

Had lots of issues with internet connectivity when both my partner and i were connecting. Otherwise worked alright with just one person connecting to device so long as you weren't somewhere rural.

Hi Natasha, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you had issues connecting with multiple users. For the device you used, the network is covered by Verizon which is the largest carrier in the US. We always strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions. Thank you again for the feedback.
ATREK E.
Works fine. It would be even better if the batteries had a longer life without the next charge.

Hello Atrek, Thank you for your positive review! For the "Japan - Unlimited Max", the battery life is between 4 to 6 hours depending on how many devices are connected. We do offer portable battery rental for only $2/day.
TAKAKI
Internet speed was very very slow even in the city. I could not open websites and use SNS apps. The service is totally dissapointing.

Hello Takaki, We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. We truly appreciate your feedback. You have rented the "America (T-Mobile) - Unlimited Max" and since your rental early 2018, we have upgraded all the devices to provide a better experience for the customers. I do hope you don't judge the entire company by this one experience. We always strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions. Thank you again for the feedback.

It worked really well in the United States. I will use it again.

Hi James, Thank you for your positive review! You chose the "America (T-Mobile) - Unlimited Max", which is what we recommend for people who need a lot of data. We also have prepaid SIM cards for people who need to make calls if you are interested next time.
