Hi Jan, We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. We truly appreciate your feedback. You have rented the "America (Verizon) - Unlimited" and this has a 500mb/day limit. Even after the data cap, the speed slows down to 2G speed so that we advertise as "unlimited". If you would like to get a true-unlimited device, we suggest "America (T-Mobile) - Unlimited Max". This does not have a data limit. I do hope you don't judge the entire company by this one experience. We always strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions. Thank you again for the feedback.
