Everything worked well and as expected and promised however 5here are many more devices and plans substantially cheaper in Japan.

Hi Gary, Thank you for your positive review! The device you used is "Japan - Unlimited Max" which has no data cap. We believe that the other service offered in Japan might have data caps so it could be cheaper. We also offer other devices for Japan which is cheaper as well.

Hi Minoru, Thank you for your review. You have rented our "Japan - Unlimited Max" in the past and we apologize if you felt the speed was a little slow. Depending on the location in Japan, you should get between 5mbps to 10mbps in most locations but in the suburbs and up in the mountains, you might experience speed that is a little slower. We are always improving our connection and service to provide the best experience for the customers!

Loved this device in Europe. three people walking around saved tons over using our cellular data plans. Directions, reviews, email and faster than most public WiFi. Definitely rent one on my next trip.

The pocket wifi worked like a charm on my first trip to Tokyo. I would recommend anyone visiting a foreign country to spend the money to get a decent pocket wifi. The only thing I can suggest and I would really really like to see improve, was the web experience of the Vision Global Wifi site. I feel if that was improved It would be the best wholesome experience for any costumer.

Vision Global WiFi has many available pick up and drop off offices in Japan and US to accommodate travelers regardless of what airports you’re coming in/departing from. Check in and check out process were easy and the WiFi itself is easy to use. Their pricing is also very competitive in comparison to other vendors who offers the same type of services. Will definitely use their service again and recommend them to everyone I know.
