Hi Juan! Our sincere apologies for this experience you've had with us although you gave us 4 stars. We truly appreciate your kindness. Most of the time 4G slows down to 3G since the reception might be weak because there is no cell tower close by or in the rural areas. Thank you so much for giving us a suggestion, we have Unlimited 4G Max (AT&T) that offers unlimited data connection and has better coverage. We will avoid this to happen again.
