Convenient and high speed!

Dear Customer, Thank you for your positive review! Although some carriers offer roaming service for Canada, our device would be a better choice than roaming because of the price and speed! Please keep us in mind for your next trip overseas!

Internet did not work very well in the Dominican Republic. Modem was big and bulky.

Dear Customer, We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. We truly appreciate your feedback. We have taken a look at the data usage and you have gone over the daily 500mb/day of high-speed data every day. This is the reason you might have felt that the service did not work well because you were at the low speed. I do hope you don't judge the entire company by this one experience. We always strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions. Thank you again for the feedback.

The device was working well in Korea. I’m satisfied to your service.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your positive review! For Korea, you have rented the "Unlimited Max" which is a true-unlimited 4G/LTE high-speed data with no data cap. This is what we recommend for Korea! Please keep us in mind for your next trip overseas!

Worked flawlessly, except on the few days it slowed. Couldn't be easier to use.

Hi Eric, Thank you for your positive review! You have rented our "Europe - Unlimited" device which has up to 500mb/day of high-speed data. Some days you have gone well over the daily high-speed allowance and this might be the reason you felt the speed was slow.
