Vision Global saved us a ton of $$
Having the Vision Global WiFi hotspot with us while we traveled in Germany was a big help. We couldn't have used our phones the way we were able to without it. Saved us a ton of $$.

Worked most of the time - spotty service in some areas
I rented a Pocket WiFi for my trip to Spain (1 week) and Morocco (4-5 days) and the WiFi worked enough for me to use my google maps and get directions but was slower than I would have anticipated for other things such as surfing the web, etc. I had to reboot the pocket WiFi every other day or so, not sure if this helped at all. End of the day, it did everything I needed but would have been nice if the service was a bit stronger

Overall
Overall, I enjoyed the service and convenience of renting a portable hot spot. The service seemed slow only a couple of times. The unit held its charge pretty well, except for the one time that we wanted to use it on a high-speed train ride. Of course, that day the charge did not hold for very long. I will give the unit the benefit of the doubt, as we may not have charged it correctly the night before. The price point for the length of time we rented the unit on very reasonable. I would recommend Vision Global for international travel.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your positive review! We did check the device for data usage only a couple of days you went over the daily high-speed allowance of 500mb/day. This might be the reason you felt it was slow. Please feel free to let us know when you are travelling overseas or recommend our service to family and friends!

Worth it
I was recommended by my friend to get pocket wifi from here because it worked well for his trip to Japan and the price was really good. So I decided to listen to him. After comparing prices online, Vision Global had the best price. I got the unlimited max for Japan for 30 days and it was only $90. You really can't beat that. It worked really well in Japan, even in the countryside. I'm really glad I had it.

Hey guys
Hey guys, i've been meaning to contact you but the wifi didn't work much in Spain. It was disappointing. I would say it worked 50% of the time, and when it worked, the signal was very low, couldn't do much with it.

We have checked the data usage for the device you rented and you have gone over the daily high-speed allowance of 500mb/day every day. In average, you have used approximately 1.5GB/day. After the high-speed allowance is used up, the speed will be slowed down until the next day. I do hope you don't judge the entire company by this one experience.
