The service worked as advertised. With a teen and my wife being the primary users on our Europe trip we usually would be throttled back at some point in the day but it kept everyone in communications if we chose to separate. The one area that i was not fond of was when we landed i tuned the unit on per the instructions (it was 1pm). That is (what appeared) to start my 24 timeline, if we ran out of bandwidth it would not be reset until after lunch the next day

We were travelling from Italy to USA and honestly we couldn’t have made a better choice. Pick the portable hotspot up at their office in Gardena, CA and dropped back there after 21 days of vacation (you can also arrange for it to be shipped wherever you prefer and mail it back after you’ve completed your rental). Easy to use, great coverage with T-Mobile signal and most of all unlimited GB with this package we selected. The guy at the office who greeted us was very friendly and helpful and surely I would recommend this solution anytime to anyone. I will surely return as a customer! Grazie mille dall’Italia! Thank you very much!

The device worked, but in certain parts of the Philippines is was useless (Punta Bulata, Negros Occidental). Also, it would have been helpful if there was more direction given when certain icons appeared on the screen as to what they would mean. Many times, I did not have connectivity and I had to restart the device, and sometimes it would work. For the most part though, I was satisfied as it was a very good price.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your positive review. We have taken a look at the data usage and you have gone over the daily high-speed allowance of 500mb/day most of the days. This might be the reason you felt that the connectivity was not as good. We offer more data if required so please refer to our website for details.
