Dear Customer, Thank you for your positive review. For the device in Europe, since you can use the device in multiple countries in Europe, the size is a little bit bigger than the normal WiFi. Another reason it is bigger is that the battery life for the device is great, it lasts almost 24 hours.

Dear Customer, We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. We truly appreciate your feedback. Our service offers 4G/LTE high-speed data for most of the countries and it shouldn't be at 1mbps for the speed. I do hope you don't judge the entire company by this one experience. We always strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions. Thank you again for the feedback.
