Photo generated for oci application was not accepted. Customer service is pathetic as they were not ready to accept their mistake. Did not want to process refund

Great experience! Fast service! Also did correction on my photo based on the requirement.

Great service! On the first upload the image wasn’t sufficient and was considered Poor by the Passport Application. I sent an email and within a few minutes they had revised it and sent me back a version that was accepted!

I recently found myself in a bit of a predicament: I had accidentally ordered a passport photo with a blue background instead of the required white! However, my concerns were swiftly alleviated when I reached out to the customer service team. Their response was prompt and incredibly helpful. Without any additional charges, they provided me with a new photo that met all the specifications I needed! The quality of the photo was outstanding, and the service exceeded all my expectations as well! Highly recommended for anyone in need of a passport photo without going to the physical store! Totally worth the money and time!! 😊🙌🏻

Worked for me. I wanted a driving license photo. Took a clear selfie with a white background. The app automatically cropped and resized the image (price: 5 euros). It was accepted online from the corresponding authority. Thanks!

I was having trouble uploading my visa photo so I found Visafoto online. I'm really impressed, they are very professional and friendly, I was assisted by Marina and she did an excellent job, thank you so much.

Marina at Visafoto was very helpful when I had trouble uploading the first photo to a country visa application system. Marina revised the format and the photo uploaded successfully. This took only a few hours after I had asked for assistance.
