The customer service is on point, I've had issues with one of the AI edited photos and the visafoto team has been helpful and supportive. The photos are good quality and after talking to the customer service all my problem were solved

Paul was my contact. I trusted him and paid my $ 7,00. The US passport rejected the picture then I need to go to CVS to get my passport picture. I ask my refund, and this Paul respond: You have the right to act as you wish. We provide services within our competence, and do not fulfill wishes. The US passport sent me this message :The photo submitted is the correct size, but your face is not the correct size or properly centered in the photograph. Please submit a larger photo with ample space around your face and ensure the image is centered. The system will assist you in cropping the photo before submission. Seven dollars may be is nothing for you but I'm a senior living in a $ 850.00 SS check and I hate when people steal my money like Paul.
