I've been using virtual shield for over 7 years i been very happy with using it, The customer service is excellent. I spoke to two excellent members of the customer service team, Shelly who was able to help me with my issue with updating my payment setup. And Amanda who was very help with setting up my upgraded plan. I have never seen this type of service anywhere else, I'm so happy with everything.

I have worked with Thomas O. on multiple occasions. He is very personable and follows through with answers to questions. I love that he gives me options to think about so that I can decide which program will work best for my situation. I have used Virtual Shield for around 5 years total and have been very happy. It gives me peace of mind to have my computer system well protected. Thomas O. is the "cherry" on top with his professional manner of working with clients.

My renewal is coming up in 2 days but I'm a little short on what my payment would have been. So I was going to down grade for finance issue. Amanda explained about the discount and that I would be able to continue with the ultimate level. Amanda also helped me change my payment method. I'm so glad she was able to help me. I gave her 5 stars for the help and understanding, and the polite and efficient way she handled my case. Thank you all who work there for those who like me are not computer wizards.
