We have been using VirtualShield for some years now. It has met our needs nicely. When there is a need to connect with tech support for any reason, the response time is usually prompt and definitely within reason. Thomas has been there for us when we had any questions.

Amanda the customer service representative was on to it straight away and solved my billing enquiry problem within 15 mins .
